1. StartUp

Business Insider calls StartUp “gripping stuff” and “deliciously entrepreneurial listening.” Each season, Alex Blumberg, award-winning radio journalist, former producer for This American Life and the co-founder of NPR’s Planet Money, follows a single startup from idea to inception. Season 1 of this podcast examines Blumberg’s efforts to create a podcast startup. Season 2 follows the beginnings of Dating Ring, “Uber for dating” (NFIB). Season 3 breaks from StartUp’s original format and looks at a different faltering startup each episode. Season 4 focuses on controversial entrepreneur and ousted American Apparel founder, Dov Charney, as he begins a new t-shirt company.
