Despite the fact that the high-profile sport is wrongfully given the reputation for being less athletic than other sports like basketball or football, there are still scholarships for cheerleaders offered by some of the most fiercely competitive cheerleading programs in the nation.<\/p>\n

Although there is considerably less funding available since cheerleading is not officially sanctioned through the NCAA, cheerleaders with the most talent can find scholarships if they look hard enough and are committed to pursuing the sport at the collegiate level.<\/p>\n

9. Gatortown Gators Athletic Cheerleading Scholarships<\/h3>\n
